Capstan Services, Inc. is an IT services company that helps small and mid-sized businesses run more smoothly — from hardware and software to the people and processes around them.
We started in 2013 with a simple bet: customers would rather have an all-inclusive, no-contract relationship with technicians who know the work than a stack of add-on projects from salespeople who hand you off to a help desk you never meet.
How we measure success
Our primary measure of success is delighting customers. There are many parts to that — response time, documentation, honesty, budgets that hold — but the end of the story is whether you are glad we are there.
Honesty as a working rule
We consider honesty and integrity our most important corporate values. If something we recommend is more than you need, we will say so. If a smaller local fix will do, we will not dress it up as a transformation program.
